At Sim Race Webshop B.V., we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance racing gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

  Pack with Care

  Place the electronic components in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value sim racing hardware.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
