What is the standard shipping time for sim racing hardware?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM CET are typically dispatched the same day. Delivery within Europe usually takes 2-4 business days, while international shipping may take 5-7 business days depending on the destination.

Are your steering wheels and wheelbases compatible with consoles?

Compatibility varies by product. Many of our Fanatec and Thrustmaster products are compatible with PS5 or Xbox Series X. Please check the 'Technical Specifications' section on the product page for specific platform support.

What is your return policy for high-end electronics?

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all seals intact. Due to the precision nature of sim racing gear, opened software or activated licenses cannot be returned.

Does my hardware come with a manufacturer's warranty?

Yes, all electronic components sold by Sim Race Webshop B.V. come with a standard 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Do you provide technical support for cockpit assembly?
